Ordering & Customization
How does the customization process work?
After placing your order, you will upload your logo or artwork file. Our team reviews the file for print/embroidery compatibility and sends you a digital proof for approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof. We support both embroidery and heat transfer printing depending on your design and fabric choice.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for best results. High-resolution PNG or PDF files (minimum 300 DPI) are also accepted. Low-resolution images from websites or social media are not suitable and may delay your order. If you are unsure about your file, send it to us and we will advise.
Can I see what my polo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity varies by product and customization type. Please check individual product listings or contact us for current MOQ information for your specific requirements.
Can I order multiple logo placements on one shirt?
Yes. Common placements include left chest, right chest, back yoke, sleeve, and full back. Additional placements may affect pricing. Specify your desired placement(s) in the order notes or during the artwork submission step.
Production & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders require approximately 14 business days of production time after artwork approval. Add your chosen shipping time on top of that. For example, a US Standard order would arrive roughly 19-22 business days after artwork approval. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Do you ship internationally?
Fortera Apparel currently ships to the worldwide. We do not ship to other regions at this time. If you have questions about a specific country, feel free to contact us.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided you have not yet approved the digital mockup. After 24 hours OR after mockup approval (whichever comes first), the order cannot be cancelled because production preparation begins immediately. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email support@forteraapparel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and well-lit photos of the affected items. For sizing issues, include a photo of the garment laid flat with a measuring tape clearly visible. Our team will review within 2 to 3 business days. If the issue is a confirmed defect caused by Fortera Apparel (manufacturing flaw, embroidery does not match approved mockup, wrong item shipped, shipping damage with carrier confirmation, or measured size deviation over 2 cm), we will remake and reship the affected items at no cost. Can I return a product because I chose the wrong size?
Unfortunately, because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size selection errors. We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering and ordering a sample if you are unsure about sizing for your team.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods via Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely. We do not accept bank transfers, checks, or cash on delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. Fortera Apparel does not store your full card details on our servers.
Why was I asked for identity verification on my order?
For orders exceeding $500, we may request additional identity verification as a fraud prevention measure. This is a standard security step and does not indicate any issue with your order. See our Payment Policy for details.
Other Questions
Do you offer private label or white-label options?
Yes. We can produce polo shirts with your brand labels, custom hang tags, or unbranded packaging for resellers and private label clients. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
