Welcome to Fortera Apparel. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

Fortera Apparel offers made-to-order custom polo shirts with embroidery and sublimation printing. All products are manufactured specifically for your order upon receipt of your approved logo or artwork. Polo construction is performed at our Vietnam facility. Embroidery and printing are performed at our Houston, Texas facility. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production has begun, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Fortera Apparel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving suspected fraudulent activity, intellectual property violations, or shipping destinations where reliable carrier service cannot be guaranteed. In the case of order refusal before production begins, a full refund will be issued.

3. Artwork and Logo Submissions

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, or design file you submit.
  • Fortera Apparel is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
  • We reserve the right to decline any artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or technically unsuitable for production.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported methods). Payment must be received in full before production begins. For orders exceeding $500, additional identity verification may be required.

5. Shipping

Fortera Apparel ships worldwide. Total delivery time is approximately 21 business days end-to-end, comprising up to 7 business days production and up to 14 business days shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fortera Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance. For full shipping terms, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order, personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once the digital mockup has been approved. Orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the mockup has not yet been approved. For defects caused by Fortera Apparel, we offer a 100% remake guarantee. Cash refunds are limited to specific cases outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortera Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements (excluding customer-uploaded content), is the property of Fortera Apparel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
