Payment Policy

Fortera Apparel uses Shopify Payments to process all transactions securely. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.

We do not accept bank transfers, checks, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency.
Payment Timing
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Production does not begin until payment is successfully processed and confirmed. We do not offer net payment terms, deposits, or installment plans at this time.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is billed in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. Fortera Apparel is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your financial institution.
Order Verification for High-Value Orders
For orders exceeding $500 USD, Fortera Apparel may request additional identity verification before processing. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. You may be asked to provide:
- A government-issued ID
- Confirmation of billing address
- Additional business documentation
We will contact you via the email provided at checkout. Failure to complete verification within 48 hours may result in order cancellation and a full refund.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Fortera Apparel does not store, access, or retain your full card number or payment credentials on our servers.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed and production will not begin. Please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method. Contact us at support@forteraapparel.com if you continue to experience issues.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is 5-10 business days depending on your bank. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.
