Order Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. You can check your order status at any time using the steps below, no account login required.
How to track your order
- Open the order confirmation email we sent when you placed your order (subject line starts with your order number, for example #FOAXXXXXX).
- Once your order ships, we send a second email titled "Your order is on the way" with a Track your order button.
- Click that button to see live tracking. No login or verification code needed.
Prefer to log in? Use View My Orders above with the email you used at checkout to see every order and its current status.
Shipping Timeline
All orders are made-to-order. Here is what to expect after placing your order:

Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is dispatched. If your order is still within the 14-business-day production window, your item is being crafted. Once dispatched, allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
If it has been longer than expected, please contact us and include your order number so we can investigate promptly.
