We have no minimum order quantities. You can order a single polo for a new hire or thousands for a company-wide rollout. Pricing scales automatically based on volume.
What logo formats do you accept? +
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF), but we can work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files. Our digitizing team will handle the conversion to embroidery formats for you.
How fast is the Express shipping? +
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. With our Express option, we prioritize your order in our production queue for delivery within 4 business days.
Can I see a sample before ordering? +
Yes, you can order blank samples at a discounted rate to check fit and fabric. For embroidered samples, we provide a digital sew-out proof for every order before production begins.
