Fortera Apparel prints custom cycling jerseys and club kit for cycling clubs, charity rides, corporate teams, and sportive groups worldwide. Order from one piece with no setup fee, a free 24-hour digital mockup, and 12 to 18 business day delivery.
Why cycling clubs order from us
Sublimation is the right process for cycling. The ink bonds into the fiber rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no printed layer to trap heat, stiffen the fabric, or crack where the jersey stretches across the back.
Sponsor panels cost nothing extra. Club sponsors, shop logos and charity branding print in full color anywhere on the garment. Ten sponsor logos cost the same as one.
From one piece. A new club member joining in March orders one jersey that matches the club kit exactly, rather than waiting for the next group order.
Every rider's name on their own jersey at no extra cost, which is standard for club kit and normally carries a surcharge elsewhere.
Four-way stretch, moisture wicking. 92% polyester and 8% spandex, cut to move with a riding position rather than a standing one.
Colors stay true across reorders. We keep your approved artwork on file so the club kit ordered next season matches the kit ordered this season.
What we print for cycling clubs
Club jerseys in full sponsor livery, charity ride kit with event branding, corporate team jerseys for company cycling groups, and custom cycling clothing for sportive and gran fondo events. Men's and women's cuts, sizes S to 4XL, mixed freely in one order.
How ordering works
Send your design in any format, including a rough sketch or a photo of last season's kit. We return a free digital mockup within 24 hours showing the design on the actual jersey. Nothing prints until you approve it, and if the delivered kit does not match the approved proof we remake it at our cost.
