Shipping policy

Fortera Apparel ships worldwide. All orders are made-to-order and begin production only after your order is confirmed and your digital mockup is approved.


Total Delivery Time

All orders deliver within approximately 21 business days end-to-end:

  • Up to 7 business days production (artwork review, embroidery or print, quality check, and packaging)
  • Up to 14 business days shipping after dispatch

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing the following business day.

The 21-day total is not additive on top of these two windows; it is the full end-to-end estimate from order confirmation to delivery.


Shipping Zones and Rates

Zone Destinations Rate
Zone 1 - Standard United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei Calculated at checkout based on order weight
Zone 2 - European Union and Rest of Asia EU member states, China, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and other Asian countries not in Zone 1 Calculated at checkout. Higher than Zone 1.
Zone 3 - Rest of World United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, African nations, South American nations, and all remaining destinations Calculated at checkout. Higher than Zone 2.

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight and destination zone. Volume discounts apply at higher tiers.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by local authorities. Fortera Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Order Acceptance and Remote Destinations

Fortera Apparel reserves the right to review and accept or decline orders to remote destinations where reliable carrier service cannot be guaranteed. If we determine that an order cannot be shipped reliably to a given destination, we will contact the customer and issue a full refund before production begins. This clause exists to protect both parties; we do not exercise it routinely.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@forteraapparel.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Shipping delays caused by carrier or customs are not grounds for refund, cancellation, or remake.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Fortera Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for refused or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address.
