Find your perfect fit. Embroidery and AOP polos use different fabrics and patterns, so refer to the chart that matches your product.

Embroidery Polo EMBROIDERY

Fabric: 55% Cotton / 40% Polyester / 5% Spandex . Medium-weight pique knit with structured fit. Available sizes XS to 3XL.

All garment measurements are taken with the item laid flat. Chest width shown is one side only. Multiply by 2 for full circumference.

AOP / Sublimated Polo ALL-OVER PRINT

Fabric: 92% Polyester / 8% Spandex. Lightweight performance knit with subtle stretch, moisture-wicking, color-locked sublimation. Available in short sleeve only, sizes S to 4XL.

Chest measurement shown is full circumference (around the bust). Body length measured from shoulder seam to bottom hem.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between fabrics. We recommend choosing a size 1-2 inches larger than your actual chest measurement for a comfortable, all-day fit.

How to Measure

For the most accurate fit, take your measurements while wearing light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and under your arms. Do not pull the tape tight.
Body Length Measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam at the back of the neck straight down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
Sleeve Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve opening. For long sleeve, measure to the wrist bone.
Shoulder Measure from the edge of one shoulder seam across the back to the edge of the other shoulder seam.

Fit Guide

Regular Fit

Classic straight cut with relaxed room through the chest and waist. Comfortable for all-day wear without feeling restrictive.

BEST FOR UNIFORMS
Slim Fit

Tailored through the chest and waist for a closer, more structured silhouette. Polished look without being tight.

BEST FOR CORPORATE
Fit availability varies by product. Check the individual product listing for available fit options.

Care Instructions

Follow these guidelines to keep your polo looking sharp and extend the life of your embroidery or print.

✓Machine or hand wash below 30°C (86°F)
✓Tumble dry below 40°C (104°F)
✓Iron at low heat, max 110°C (230°F)
✓Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
✓Hand wash recommended for color vibrancy
✓Do not cut or trim while fabric is damp
✓Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water
✓Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area
To extend the life of your embroidery or sublimation print, wash garments inside-out and avoid high heat drying.
