Regarding your request for feedback, I have been very pleased overall: The fabric quality is excellent and feels comfortable enough for all-day wear. The embroidery looks clean, professional, and well executed. The fit and sizing have been very good across the order. Overall, the polos present the professional image we were hoping for.
I’m going to be that person and write a long review because finding decent work gear for my small team has been such a massive pain in the neck lately. If you’re running a small biz, you probably know what I’m talking about. You order a batch of custom shirts and they either show up looking like cheap plastic or they shrink so much after one wash that they’d only fit a toddler. It’s annoying and honestly just a waste of money. Anyway, I gave Fortera Apparel a shot last month and I’m actually impressed. For a bit of context, we’re a small landscaping crew (only 8 of us) and we needed something that didn't look like a basic, boring tee but also wouldn't make us sweat to death while working outside. I heard Fortera was specifically for SMBs like us, so I figured why not. I’m so glad I did lol. The quality is legit. It’s that soft, breathable material that actually feels like a high-end brand, not that stiff cardboard stuff most uniform places sell. I was a bit worried about the logo embroidery because our design has some tiny details, but they nailed it. No loose threads or weird bunching around the edges which usually happens with the cheap stuff. The fit is also pretty spot on. I’m a standard XL and it fits exactly how it should (not too tight on the stomach, thank god). My guys actually complimented them, which is saying a lot because they usually don't care about what they wear as long as it's clean. One of my lead techs even wore his out to a bar after work last Friday... so yeah, they actually look good. Customer service was also super chill. I had to change the order at the last minute because I messed up a size and they handled it without any drama. It’s nice to deal with a company that doesn’t treat you like a random number just because you’re not ordering 5,000 units. Anyway, sorry for the rant but I’m just happy to finally find a reliable vendor. If you’re on the fence, just do it. It’s one less thing to worry about so you can actually get back to running your business. Definitely going to be my go-to from now on.
