Fabric and Construction

Our AOP polo uses a 92% polyester with 8% spandex performance blend, mid-weight 250 gsm with a pique weave and 4-way stretch. The fabric is moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant, and colorfast. Sublimation printing requires polyester fibers because the ink converts from solid to gas under heat and bonds permanently with the material, which is why cotton polos cannot support all-over print.

Every AOP polo is printed to order at our facility. Your design is loaded onto sublimation transfer paper, heat-pressed onto the ready-made polyester polo at approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and inspected before packaging.

Sublimation prints your design across the entire polo (front, back, sleeves, collar) with unlimited colors, permanent bond into fabric fibers, and single-piece minimum.
