Fabric and Construction
This shirt uses Soft Brushed 170 GSM, a lightweight polyester knit with a smooth, soft hand, raglan long sleeves and a crew neck. The long sleeves cover the arms on the water, and the print is part of the fabric, so it will not crack or peel after days in the sun and salt.
Sublimation requires polyester fibers: the ink turns to gas under heat and bonds permanently with the fabric, which is why the print covers the whole garment without a stiff layer on top. Every shirt is printed to order and inspected before packaging.
