Fabric and Construction
This jersey uses Pinhole Mesh 140 GSM, a light, breathable polyester mesh with a crew neck and short sleeves. The open knit lets air through during long tournament days, and the print is part of the fabric, so numbers do not crack or peel when you dive for a ball.
Sublimation requires polyester fibers: the ink turns to gas under heat and bonds permanently with the fabric, which is why the print covers the whole garment without a stiff layer on top. Every shirt is printed to order and inspected before packaging.
