Fabric and Construction
This polo uses a 92% polyester with 8% spandex performance blend, mid-weight 250 gsm with a pique weave and 4-way stretch. The fabric is moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant and colorfast. Sublimation requires polyester fibers because the ink converts from solid to gas under heat and bonds permanently with the material, which is why cotton polos cannot support all-over print.
Every polo is printed to order. The nice buns artwork is loaded onto sublimation transfer paper, heat-pressed onto the ready-made polyester polo at approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then inspected before packaging.

- Send your logo and colors. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) work best for scaling, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI also works. We prepare the file for sublimation at no charge. Want your own motif instead of the nice buns print? Send it with your order.
- Approve the free digital mockup within 24 hours of placing the order. The mockup shows exactly how the nice buns pattern and your logo appear on the polo across front, back, sleeves and collar. Revisions are free and unlimited.
- Production and delivery start the next business day after approval. Total timeline is 12 to 18 business days worldwide from approval to your door.

How long does delivery take?

What if the polo does not match my approved mockup?
We remake the order at no cost. Our remake-it-free guarantee covers print misalignment, color mismatch and size defects. Every polo is individually inspected before packaging, but if something slips through we make it right.

Yes. Fortera ships worldwide via tracked delivery. Standard transit adds 3 to 7 business days after production completes.
What is your minimum order quantity?

How long does production and shipping take?
12 to 18 business days end-to-end, covering production, quality check and shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
