How Pinnacle Property Media Outfitted Its Team in Company Polo Shirts With Logo
Pinnacle Property Media, a real estate photography and media company in Cape Coral, Florida, ordered 50 company polo shirts with logo from us: navy bodies with mustard double tipping on the collar and cuffs, the full company logo embroidered on the left chest and its mountain and star emblem on the right sleeve. One sample shirt was approved first, and the order was delivered on 14 October 2026.
This case study follows the order step by step: the proof, a written spec check before payment, a detailed logo that had to fit the left chest, and one sample shirt made before the other 49. If you are planning business polo shirts for your own team, the same steps apply to any style in our company and corporate polos collection.
The Challenge: Shirts Ready Before the Next Photographer Starts
Pinnacle Property Media hires photographers over time, not all at once. The founder wanted a stock of matching company polo shirts on hand, so every new photographer could start in uniform.
For a team that meets agents and homeowners at listings, a matching logo polo is part of how the business presents itself. The founder mentioned that a 20-piece minimum was a challenge each time he hired a new photographer.
His answer was one larger batch of 50 shirts, so shirts are ready when a new photographer joins. Our collection of polo shirts for larger team orders is built around the same idea.
The second challenge was the logo: a blue and gold mountain peak with a star, PINNACLE in white and PROPERTY MEDIA in gold below. All of that had to fit on a left chest with the small text still readable.
The Solution: A Navy Tipped Polo With Two Embroidered Logos
The founder chose our Classic Tipped Custom Polo Shirt in navy with mustard double-stripe tipping, the full logo embroidered on the left chest, and only the mountain and star symbol on the right sleeve.
The Classic Tipped Custom Polo Shirt is a short sleeve polo with contrast tipping on the collar and both sleeve cuffs. For Pinnacle, the body is navy and the tipping is two mustard stripes, which pick up the gold in the logo. Tipped collars with two or more stripes are made from 50 pieces, and this order of 50 met that minimum.
The founder said dark blue buttons would be nice if available, and that white was fine otherwise. White buttons were used on the placket.
Of the decoration methods available, both logos are embroidered, not applied as a heat transfer or print. On the left chest is the full Pinnacle Property Media logo. On the right sleeve is the emblem alone, with no words, centered above the tipped cuff. A second, smaller placement like this gives custom company polo shirts a finished look from the side.
If you want to set body and trim colors separately, our fully custom embroidered polo is the more flexible starting point.

Sizing a Detailed Logo for the Left Chest
The founder asked for the logo as large as the left chest area allows, about 3.25 to 3.5 inches wide, with no cropping and the small PROPERTY MEDIA text kept as readable as possible.
In his first message on 13 September, the founder asked for a free digital embroidery proof before ordering, with final logo sizes in inches. We sent the proof the next day. On 16 September he sent the size list and both placements. He was open to minor spacing tweaks, but the design itself was not to change.
After paying, he looked at the mockup again and felt the left chest logo looked closer to 4 inches and a little tall. He also sent his own stitched logo files, which helped, since a left chest logo has a real limit in width.
The harder part was detail. The peak has a gradient, the star is small, and PROPERTY MEDIA is fine lettering under the main word. Thread cannot copy a gradient the way a screen does, so we worked with the factory to compare embroidery versions and pick the one closest to the original artwork. Our guide on how to embroider a logo on a shirt explains how size limits work for each placement.
Tip: if your logo has a gradient or small text, ask for its size in inches on the proof and compare it with a polo you own.
One Sample Shirt Before 49 More
Before we produced the full run, the founder asked for one finished sample shirt and photos of it. We made that one shirt first, sent photos on 29 September, and he approved it the next day.
On 17 September, before paying, the founder asked us to confirm every spec in writing: the product, the colors, the quantity in each size, both logo positions and their sizes, and that logo digitizing was included at no extra charge. We answered point by point, and he paid on 18 September.
With a detailed logo and 50 shirts, one stitched shirt shows more than a screen can: how the gradient reads in thread, whether the small lettering holds, and how the emblem sits above the cuff.
He had one question about the photos: he wanted to see the button closure under the placket. We explained that the polo uses real buttons, which are sewn on at a later stage of production.
On 30 September the founder approved the sample: "Everything looks good." Only then did the other 49 shirts go into production. Any customer can ask for a single sample shirt first.
The Outcome: 50 Polos Delivered Two Weeks After Sample Approval
After the sample was approved on 30 September, the remaining shirts were produced and all 50 polos were delivered by UPS on 14 October 2026, two weeks later.
The full order followed the spec approved on the sample: navy bodies, mustard double tipping on the collar and both cuffs, white buttons, the full logo on the left chest and the emblem on the right sleeve. The size split was the one set on 16 September: 25 Medium, 15 Large and 10 X-Large.
With the spec confirmed in writing and the sample approved, the full run started with every decision already made.
That was the point of ordering 50 custom polo shirts with logo at once: shirts ready for when a new photographer joins.
What Other Businesses Can Take From This Order
Order for the team you will have, give logo sizes in inches, get the spec in writing, ask for a sample when the logo is detailed, and use a second placement for a finished look.
- Order for future hires. If you hire over time, a larger batch in your common sizes means shirts are ready on a new person's first day.
- Know the minimums for your style. Embroidery starts at 20 pieces per design; tipped collars with two or more stripes start at 50.
- Give sizes in inches. State the width you want for each logo and say what must not change, such as small text or the shape of a symbol.
- Confirm the spec in writing. Product, colors, quantities per size, logo positions and sizes, all in one reply.
- Ask for one sample shirt. For gradients and fine lettering, a stitched shirt answers questions a mockup cannot.
If your real estate business wants one look across photographers, agents and office staff, our realtor polo shirts collection shows embroidered styles made for that kind of team, and our Toledo Sailing Club case study shows how a smaller club order came together.
How to Order Company Polo Shirts With Logo
Pick a style and colors, send your logo with sizes in inches, build your size list, approve the free mockup or a sample shirt, and expect delivery 12 to 18 business days after mockup approval.
Step 1: Choose your polo style and colors
Pick a body color and, for a tipped polo, a tipping color that matches your logo. Check the minimum for your style: 20 pieces per design for embroidery, 50 for tipped collars with two or more stripes.
Step 2: Send your logo with sizes and placements
Upload your logo on the product page or send it to us. Say where each logo goes, how wide it should be in inches, and what must stay unchanged. Logo digitizing is included.
Step 3: Build your size list
Count the people you have now and the hires you expect. Have your team check our size guide against a polo they already own.
Step 4: Approve the free mockup, or a sample shirt
Every order starts with a free digital mockup. Ask us to confirm the full spec in writing, and request one sample shirt before the full order if your logo has fine detail.
Step 5: Production and delivery
Standard delivery is 12 to 18 business days after mockup approval. If you need the shirts by a date, tell us before ordering so we can plan around it.
