Custom Fishing Shirts for Teams, Tournaments and Charter Crews
Custom fishing shirts are long sleeve performance shirts printed with your team name, boat name and sponsor logos. Ours are sublimated edge to edge on a Soft Brushed 170 GSM polyester raglan crew, covering the front, back and both sleeves, in sizes S to 3XL. Order a single shirt or a full tournament roster, with a free digital mockup within 24 hours.
On tournament morning you can pick out the teams from the dock: matching long sleeves, a boat name across the back, sponsor logos down each arm. Bass clubs, charter captains, guide services and bait shops order the same shirt for their own crews.
This guide covers the shirt, where sponsor logos go, staff shirts for charters and bait shops, what custom fishing apparel costs and how to order. Everything here is in our custom fishing shirts collection.
What Are Custom Fishing Shirts?
Custom fishing shirts are lightweight long sleeve shirts printed with your own design: a team or boat name, sponsor logos, angler names and artwork such as a bass or a mahi. Teams wear them at tournaments, charter crews wear them as a uniform, and families wear them on trips.
The style grew out of tournament fishing: anglers wanted a light shirt that covers the arms and has room for a dozen logos. A T-shirt with a chest print does not have that room. A sublimated long sleeve does, because the whole garment is the print area.
Personalized fishing shirts follow the same idea at a smaller scale: one shirt with a name and a favourite fish, made as a gift or for a guide who wants a look of their own. Because sublimation prints each shirt individually, there is nothing to set up for a single piece: no screens and no setup fees.
The Custom Long Sleeve Fishing Shirt: Fabric, Fit and Sizes
Our Custom Long Sleeve Fishing Shirt is a raglan crew neck in Soft Brushed 170 GSM polyester, printed edge to edge by sublimation. It comes in a men's cut in US sizes S to 3XL, and orders start at one piece.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Style | Crew neck, raglan long sleeve |
| Fabric | Soft Brushed 170 GSM polyester knit |
| Sublimation on the front, back and both full-length sleeves | |
| Fit and sizes | Men's cut, US sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL |
| Colours | Unlimited, matched to any Pantone or HEX code |
| Minimum order | 1 piece |
| Price | $35.95 per piece list, lower per-piece price on orders over 20 |
| Delivery | 12 to 18 business days after mockup approval |
Raglan sleeves run in one piece from the collar to the cuff, with no seam across the top of the shoulder. That gives a casting arm room to move and the design an unbroken run down the sleeve, where tournament shirts put their sponsor column. The brushed finish feels soft rather than slick.
Sublimation needs polyester: the ink turns to gas under heat and bonds into the fibres, so there is no printed layer on top to crack or peel after a season of spray, salt and bait. The long sleeves cover the arms on the water. Our all over print sublimation guide explains the process behind all our custom long sleeve fishing shirts.
Tournament Shirts: Where Sponsor Logos Go
Put the team or boat name across the upper back, the main logo on the chest, and sponsors in a column down each sleeve. That layout reads in weigh-in photos from the front and the side, which is where sponsors want to be seen.
| Placement | What usually goes there | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Front chest | Team logo or boat name | Big enough to read in a stage photo |
| Upper back | Team or boat name, large | Use the highest contrast colour on the shirt |
| Lower back | Title sponsor or a fish illustration | One big logo beats three small ones |
| Sleeves | Sponsor logos stacked shoulder to cuff | Fewer, larger logos stay readable |
| Back of neck | Angler name or club website | Short text only |
| Body background | Camo, water, scales or a gradient | Sit logos on a calmer panel |
Ask each sponsor for a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF); a logo copied off a website usually prints soft. If a sponsor only has a JPG, send it anyway: our customer service team prepares every file for free and flags on the mockup any logo that will not hold up.
For a fishing tournament with several boats, keep one master design and change only the boat or team name. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are part of the print, so changing them costs nothing extra.
Staff Shirts for Charters, Guide Services and Bait Shops
A charter crew or guide service needs one shirt that clients recognise at the dock: the boat or business name on the back, a logo on the chest, and a website or phone number if you want the shirt to work as an ad. Bait shops often pair it with fishing polo shirts for the counter.
On a charter, the shirt tells clients who the crew is and appears in every photo of the catch, which is where the boat name earns its place. Plan two or three shirts per deckhand so there is always a clean one.
A polo suits the office, the shop counter and a boat show booth. Our custom all over print polo takes the same artwork as the fishing shirt on a 92% polyester, 8% spandex performance polo, in men's and women's fits, at $35.95. A polo shirt with fish logo on the chest and a plain body works too: the print can be as small as a single chest mark. For cooler mornings there is the long sleeve all over print polo at $37.95.
Prefer a stitched logo? Embroidery starts at 20 pieces; under 20 we produce the polo with all over print sublimation instead. Our embroidered vs sublimated polo guide compares the two.
Fishing Team Shirts for Clubs, Bass Teams and Family Trips
Fishing team shirts work best with one shared design and a personal touch on each shirt: every angler's name on the back or a sleeve, the same colours and logos for everyone. Each name prints at no extra cost.
Bass clubs and company fishing days usually order once a season. Keep the approved mockup and send it back with new members' names and sizes, so later shirts match the first run.
For a family trip, the shirt becomes the souvenir: the family name and year on the back, first names on a sleeve. These are adult sizes from S to 3XL; there are no youth sizes.
Personalized fishing shirts also make good gifts for Father's Day or a retirement, since a single shirt carries no setup fee. Allow 12 to 18 business days after you approve the mockup.

How to Design Your Own Fishing Shirt
Start with three things: a background (camo, water, scales or a solid colour), one hero element such as your fish or team logo, and a list of names and sponsors. Send them in any format and we build the full layout for your mockup.
- Team or boat name, spelled exactly as it should print
- Sponsor logos, vector if possible, with the sleeve each one goes on
- Colours as Pantone or HEX codes, or a photo of a shirt to match
- Names for the back or sleeve, each with its size
- Extras such as a state flag, a website, a phone number or the tournament year
Contrast matters more than detail on the water: white or yellow lettering on navy or teal reads from the next boat, thin script on busy camo does not. Unsure? Ask for two versions on the mockup. Upload artwork straight from the fishing shirt product page.
Sizing a Group Order
Mix any sizes from S to 3XL in one order. The shirt is a men's cut in US sizes, so ask each person to measure a shirt they like across the chest and match it to the size chart on the product page.
Group orders go wrong when people guess. Collect name, spelling and size in one list. Women on the team order from the same chart: there is no separate women's fit, so the chest measurement beats a usual women's size.
If the team is unsure, order one sample first to check the fit and the print in person. For club-wide kit beyond fishing, see our guide to custom team sports apparel.

$35.95 per piece list for the long sleeve fishing shirt, with no setup fees and no charge for names, sponsor logos or extra colours. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Mix any sizes from S to 3XL in one order, and give each shirt its own name if you want.

Can I see a preview of my fishing shirt design?
Yes. A free digital mockup arrives within 24 hours showing the front, back and sleeves, with unlimited revisions until you approve.

No. This shirt comes in one men's cut in US sizes S to 3XL. Women on the team order by chest measurement from the size chart.
