Fabric and Construction

Our solid embroidered polo uses a 55% cotton / 40% polyester / 5% spandex blend, 220 gsm pique weave with slight 4-way stretch. This blend combines the softness of cotton with the durability and wrinkle-resistance of polyester, plus enough stretch for all-day movement.

Every embroidered polo is cut and sewn from raw fabric rolls at our facility. We do not print or embroider on pre-made blank polos. The cutting station lays out fabric panels (front, back, sleeves, collar, cuffs, plackets), the sewing station assembles the polo across 8-12 stations (shoulders, side seams, collar attachment, sleeve insertion, hem, buttonholes), then the embroidery machine stitches your logo onto the finished polo.

This cut-and-sew production is why the minimum order is 20 pieces per design. It is not the embroidery step. Cutting and sewing 1 polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting 20, so 20 pieces is the batch size where per-polo economics work.
