All Over Print Polo Shirt Diagonal Panel
Bold diagonal lines, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The diagonal panel design front-loads visual impact across the chest and sleeves, giving your team a confident look that reads from across a trade show floor or parking lot. Sublimation printing locks your two chosen colors into the fabric so the contrast stays sharp through every wash. Order one polo to test the look, or order 500 for the whole crew. Same per-piece price either way.
This pattern photographs cleanly on uniform group shots, which is why corporate security teams, automotive crews, and competitive sport leagues pick it for camera-facing roles. The geometric line work also pairs well with a left-chest logo without fighting the design.
About the Diagonal Panel Design
The diagonal panel print runs from one shoulder across the chest to the opposite hip, giving the polo an asymmetric line that breaks up the usual symmetry of a uniform shirt. The panel sits as a contrast block of your secondary color against the primary base, which means your team reads as a coordinated unit from across a venue without falling back on a plain solid polo. The angles photograph cleanly in group shots, which is why corporate event teams choose this print when they know there will be press, sponsor cameras, or social media coverage.
The diagonal also leaves the upper-left chest area open as a clean zone for an embroidered or printed logo. Add your wordmark or icon through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it in the open zone so it reads cleanly without fighting the panel print.
Best Color Combinations
Diagonal panel prints reward high contrast. Try a dark base with a saturated brand color across the panel, or a neutral base with your accent color for a more subtle look. Security and patrol teams typically pick navy or black bases with safety yellow or orange panels for visibility. Corporate event teams often go with white or charcoal bases with their exact brand color in the panel for instant recognition at booths and activations.
Why Teams Choose This All Over Print Polo
- Diagonal panel design: Full coverage print across the body for a finished, intentional look that signals brand identity without needing a giant chest logo.
- Two-color customization: Choose primary and secondary colors via our Customily design app. Unlimited Pantone or HEX choices.
- Sublimation print that lasts: Color is fused into the fabric, not printed on top. Will not crack, peel, or fade through hundreds of wash cycles.
- Single piece minimum: Order 1 polo or 1,000, same per-piece price. No bulk requirement on our AOP line.
- Performance fabric: Moisture-wicking polyester blend keeps your team comfortable through long shifts, sport games, or trade show days.
- Free digital mockup: We email a preview of your finished polo within 24 hours of order so you can approve the design before production.

Fabric and Composition
| Fabric | Performance polyester blend |
| Composition | 92% Polyester / 8% Spandex |
| Feel | Smooth, lightweight, with subtle stretch for movement |
| Weight | Lightweight performance knit, breathable for active wear |
| Special features | Moisture-wicking, quick-dry, anti-pilling, color-locked sublimation |
Sublimation printing requires polyester fabric. The dye becomes part of the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top, so your custom design will not crack, peel, or fade. The 8% spandex blend adds stretch for comfort during active wear, sport games, or long event days.
How Sublimation All Over Print Works
- Day 1-2: We email a digital mockup of your custom polo with your chosen colors and logo for review
- Day 2-3: You approve the mockup or request revisions at no charge
- Day 3-10: Production: your diagonal panel design is printed onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed onto the polo fabric at 400 degrees F. The dye bonds permanently with the polyester fibers.
- Day 10-21: Quality inspection and shipped to your door with full tracking worldwide
Every polo is printed to order. Single piece orders welcome, no bulk minimum required on our AOP line. Need it sooner? Ask about rush production.
Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for Full Coverage Designs
Screen printing works well for one or two colors on a flat zone, like a chest logo or back print, but it cannot cover an entire polo with a gradient or multi-color pattern at a sensible cost. Embroidery has a similar limit. It is excellent for crisp logos and wordmarks, but stitching across an entire shirt would add weight, cost, and stiffness.
Sublimation solves the full-coverage problem because the ink is in gas form when it bonds to the polyester. There is no ink layer sitting on top of the fabric, which means the shirt stays soft, breathable, and lightweight. There is also no color limit. A 12-color gradient costs the same as a 2-color stripe. That is the structural reason we can offer unlimited Pantone choices on this line without an upcharge.
Sublimation also outlasts other print methods on polyester. Independent wash tests routinely show sublimation prints holding color through 100+ commercial wash cycles with no visible fade, while screen prints typically begin to crack at 30-50 cycles. For team uniforms that get washed every shift, that durability difference adds up across a season.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
21 business days end-to-end: up to 7 business days production (embroidery and quality check) and up to 14 business days shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
