All Over Print Polo Shirt Geo Cross Line
Asymmetric geometric crossing lines, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The geo cross line design layers asymmetric geometric lines across the chest, breaking up the standard uniform symmetry with a modern technical aesthetic that suits automotive showrooms, real estate offices, and corporate event crews. Sublimation printing locks the geometric lines into the fabric so the print stays color-locked through every shift and every wash. Order one polo to test the look on a manager, or order 500 for the full sales floor. Orders of more than 20 pieces get a better price per piece.
Automotive dealership teams, real estate agents, and corporate floor staff pick this pattern when they want a uniform that signals modern professionalism without falling back on plain solid polos. The geometric line work also pairs well with a left-chest logo without fighting the print.
About the Geo Cross Line Design
The geo cross line print combines multiple geometric line angles across the chest and body, creating a modern technical aesthetic that reads as forward-looking and detail-oriented. Because the lines are sublimated, the geometry stays sharp without cracking or peeling, even through hundreds of commercial wash cycles. Automotive dealership teams and real estate agents like the geo cross line because it photographs as modern and confident in showroom marketing or property listing photos, while corporate floor staff use it for product launches and industry events where the team needs to read as innovative.
The line angles also leave the upper-left chest area open as a clean zone for an embroidered or printed logo. Add your wordmark or icon through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it in the open zone so it reads cleanly without fighting the geometric pattern.
Best Color Combinations
Geo cross line prints reward sharp angular contrast. Automotive dealerships typically choose their brand colors at high saturation for showroom floor visibility. Real estate teams often go with neutral bases with their agency color in the lines for a polished property tour appearance. Corporate event teams use their primary brand color in the lines against a charcoal or navy base for booth and activation work.
Why Teams Choose This All Over Print Polo
- Geo Cross Line design: Full geo cross line print coverage across the body for a finished, intentional look that signals brand identity without needing a giant chest logo.
- Two-color customization: Choose primary and secondary colors via our Customily design app. Unlimited Pantone or HEX choices.
- Sublimation print that lasts: Color is fused into the fabric, not printed on top. Will not crack, peel, or fade through hundreds of wash cycles.
- Single piece minimum: Order 1 polo or 1,000, with a better price per piece on orders of more than 20. No large minimums on our AOP line.
- Performance fabric: Moisture-wicking polyester blend keeps your team comfortable through long shifts, sport games, or trade show days.
- Free digital mockup: We email a preview of your finished polo within 24 hours of order so you can approve the design before production.

Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for AOP Designs
Sublimation prints the design directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, which means the polo retains a soft hand-feel with no thick print layer to crack, peel, or fade. Screen printing struggles with full-coverage designs like the geo cross line because each color requires a separate screen, which drives cost up and limits color count. Embroidery cannot produce a gradient or full-coverage print at all. Sublimation gives you unlimited color choices, full coverage, and a polo that looks as crisp on wash one hundred as it did on day one. This is why teams who care about uniform consistency choose sublimation for all over print polo shirts.

12 to 18 business days from mockup approval to delivery. We email a free digital mockup within 24 hours of order placement, you review and approve, and we ship to your door within 12 to 18 business days.
Can I customize the colors?
Yes. Use the Customily app on this product page to choose your primary and secondary colors from unlimited Pantone or HEX options. Upload your logo and we will place it on the chest, collar, or sleeve per your spec.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
12 to 18 business days end-to-end, covering production, quality check and shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.

Questions about custom sublimated polos
What is a sublimated polo shirt?
A sublimated polo is printed with heat-activated ink that bonds into polyester fabric. The design covers the whole shirt and becomes part of the fabric, so it does not crack, peel or fade like a printed transfer.
Is there a minimum order for custom all over print polos?
No. You can order 1 polo as a sample or 1,000 for a team or event. Orders over 20 pieces get a better price per piece, and there are no setup fees.
How long does a custom polo order take?
You get a free digital mockup within 24 hours. After you approve it, your polos are printed to order and delivered in 12-18 business days. We ship worldwide.
Can I print my company logo on a dri fit polo?
Yes. Our sublimated polos use a 92% polyester, 8% spandex moisture-wicking fabric, so your logo and colors can be printed anywhere on the shirt, including sleeves and collar.
Sublimation or embroidery: which is better for team polos?
Choose sublimation for full-color designs, patterns and small orders from 1 piece. Choose embroidery for a classic stitched logo on the chest, with a minimum of 20 pieces per design.See embroidered polos
What if the polos do not match my design?
If the delivered polos do not match the mockup you approved, we remake them at no cost.
