All Over Print Polo Shirt Swoosh Wave
Dynamic swoosh wave motion, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The swoosh wave design sweeps a continuous curved motion line across the chest, sleeves, and back, giving your team a sense of speed and energy that suits competitive sport rosters, golf clubs, and automotive crews. Sublimation printing fuses the curve into the fabric so the line stays crisp from kickoff to clubhouse, season after season. Order one polo to test the look, or order an entire league. Same per-piece price either way.
Sport teams, golf and country club staff, and automotive service crews pick this pattern when they want a uniform that signals movement and performance without falling back on a flat solid polo. The curve also photographs cleanly in event coverage and tournament shots, which is why competitive leagues and pro shops choose this print for camera-facing roles.
About the Swoosh Wave Design
The swoosh wave print sends a single sweeping curve from the shoulder, through the chest, and across the body, giving the polo a dynamic asymmetric line that breaks up the standard uniform symmetry. Because the curve is sublimated rather than embroidered or screen printed, the line stays sharp through hundreds of wash cycles without fading, peeling, or cracking. Sport teams and country club staff like the wave because it reads as athletic and modern in tournament photography, while automotive service teams use it for technician and service writer polos where movement and performance matter.
The curve also leaves an open zone on the upper chest for a clean logo placement. Add your team mark, club crest, or company logo through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it where the line opens, so the brand reads clearly without fighting the wave motion.
Best Color Combinations
Swoosh wave prints reward bold contrast between the base color and the wave accent. Sport teams typically pick their two primary team colors at full saturation for maximum visibility on the field and in the stands. Golf clubs and country clubs often choose a deep neutral base with their accent color in the wave for a more sophisticated look that still reads as competitive. Automotive service crews go with darker bases and their brand color in the wave for a clean uniform appearance that holds up under shop conditions.

Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for AOP Designs
Sublimation prints the design directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, which means the polo retains a soft hand-feel with no thick print layer to crack, peel, or fade. Screen printing struggles with full-coverage designs like the swoosh wave because each color requires a separate screen, which drives cost up and limits color count. Embroidery cannot produce a gradient or full-coverage print at all. Sublimation gives you unlimited color choices, full coverage, and a polo that looks as crisp on wash one hundred as it did on day one. This is why teams who care about uniform consistency choose sublimation for all over print polo shirts.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
21 business days end-to-end: up to 7 business days production (embroidery and quality check) and up to 14 business days shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
