Can I upload any design for my custom printed polo?
Yes, any design that meets our file requirements (PNG/AI/PSD, 300 DPI, 4000x4000px minimum). Pattern designs work best for full AOP coverage. You must own the rights to any uploaded design - Fortera does not verify copyright ownership.
What if my design file is too small or low resolution?
We will contact you with feedback. Our team can sometimes upscale designs using AI tools (free service, adds 1 day to mockup turnaround). For best custom polo print quality, submit at original high resolution.
