Custom Print Polo Shirt Chevron Arrow
Bold chevron arrows, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The chevron arrow design front-loads visual impact with bold pointed arrows aimed up across the chest, giving your team a uniform that reads as alert, organized, and ready from across a parking lot or event entrance. Sublimation printing locks the chevron lines into the fabric so the contrast stays sharp through every shift and every wash. Order one polo to test the look on a supervisor, or order 500 for the full security or sport crew. Same per-piece price either way.
Security patrol teams, sport coaching staff, and automotive shop crews pick this pattern because the upward chevron motion suggests forward movement and clear chain of command. The pattern also photographs cleanly in group lineup shots, which is why security companies and competitive teams choose this print for client-facing or camera-facing roles.
About the Chevron Arrow Design
The chevron arrow print stacks pointed angles across the chest, sending the eye upward toward the face and shoulders. This puts visual weight at the top of the polo, which works in your favor for roles where presence and authority matter. Because the chevrons are sublimated rather than screen printed, the lines stay crisp without cracking or peeling, even after hundreds of wash cycles in commercial laundry conditions. Security teams and patrol crews like the chevron because it photographs as organized and alert in client lineup photos, while sport coaching staff use it for sideline polos where they need to read as in-command.
The chevron pattern also leaves a clear zone on the left chest for your logo, badge, or company mark. Upload your wordmark, crest, or icon through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it in the open zone so it reads cleanly without fighting the chevron motion.
Best Color Combinations
Chevron arrow prints reward sharp contrast between the base color and the arrow lines. Security teams typically pick dark bases with high-visibility accent colors for the chevrons so the uniform reads as authoritative from a distance. Sport coaching staff often pick their two primary team colors at full saturation for sideline visibility. Automotive shops go with their brand color in the chevrons against a neutral base for clean uniform appearance during customer-facing service work.
Why Teams Choose This Custom Print Polo

Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for AOP Designs
Sublimation prints the design directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, which means the polo retains a soft hand-feel with no thick print layer to crack, peel, or fade. Screen printing struggles with full-coverage designs like the chevron arrow because each color requires a separate screen, which drives cost up and limits color count. Embroidery cannot produce a gradient or full-coverage print at all. Sublimation gives you unlimited color choices, full coverage, and a polo that looks as crisp on wash one hundred as it did on day one. This is why teams who care about uniform consistency choose sublimation for all over print polo shirts.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
21 business days end-to-end: up to 7 business days production (embroidery and quality check) and up to 14 business days shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
