Custom Print Polo Shirt Diagonal Split
Elegant diagonal split tone, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The diagonal split design divides the polo into two tone zones with a single clean diagonal line running shoulder to hip, giving your team a refined two-tone look that suits fine dining floor staff, hospitality front-of-house, and spa retail teams. Sublimation printing fuses the split line into the fabric so the contrast stays crisp through every service and every wash. Order one polo to test the look on a manager, or order 500 for the entire restaurant or hotel team. Same per-piece price either way.
Fine dining restaurant teams, boutique hotel staff, and spa retail floor crews pick this pattern when they want a uniform that reads as designed and intentional rather than off-the-rack. The clean diagonal line also frames the chest for a natural logo placement zone.
About the Diagonal Split Design
The diagonal split print divides the body into two color zones along a single clean diagonal line, giving the polo a two-tone aesthetic without the visual noise of stripes or patterns. Because the split is sublimated, the line stays razor-sharp across every polo in your order, with no fading or color bleed through hundreds of wash cycles. Fine dining restaurant teams and boutique hotel staff like the diagonal split because it photographs as elegant and modern in marketing materials, while spa retail floor crews use it for product launch and event work where the uniform needs to look intentional.
The split line creates a natural visual zone for your logo on the upper chest, either in the lighter half or against the darker half depending on which side reads cleanest with your brand mark. Upload your restaurant logo, hotel crest, or spa wordmark through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it in the strongest contrast zone.
Best Color Combinations
Diagonal split prints work best when the two halves share a tonal family or sit at deliberate contrast. Fine dining restaurants often choose cream and burgundy, navy and ivory, or deep charcoal and warm beige for an elevated front-of-house appearance. Boutique hotels go with their two brand colors at full saturation for instant recognition. Spa retail teams pick muted earth tones with subtle contrast for a wellness-aligned aesthetic.

Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for AOP Designs
Sublimation prints the design directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, which means the polo retains a soft hand-feel with no thick print layer to crack, peel, or fade. Screen printing struggles with full-coverage designs like the diagonal split because each color requires a separate screen, which drives cost up and limits color count. Embroidery cannot produce a gradient or full-coverage print at all. Sublimation gives you unlimited color choices, full coverage, and a polo that looks as crisp on wash one hundred as it did on day one. This is why teams who care about uniform consistency choose sublimation for all over print polo shirts.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
21 business days end-to-end: up to 7 business days production (embroidery and quality check) and up to 14 business days shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
