Sublimation Polo Shirt Prism Facet
Modern prism facet gradient, custom colors, single piece minimum.
The prism facet design layers triangular gradient facets across the polo, giving your team a uniform with a modern tech aesthetic that suits competitive sport rosters, corporate tech events, and golf and country club staff. Sublimation printing fuses the gradient facets into the fabric so each triangle stays color-locked through every shift and every wash. Order one polo to test the look, or order 500 for the entire roster. Same per-piece price either way.
Sport teams, corporate tech event crews, and golf and country club tournament staff pick this pattern when they want a uniform that signals modernity and competitive energy without falling back on solid color polos. The faceted gradient also photographs cleanly under stadium lights and event lighting.
About the Prism Facet Design
The prism facet print constructs the design from interlocking triangular gradient facets that catch light differently across the chest, shoulders, and back. Because the gradient is sublimated, the color transitions within each facet stay smooth and consistent across every polo in your order, with no banding or visual breaks. Sport teams and competitive leagues like the prism facet because it photographs as modern and high-tech in tournament coverage, while corporate tech events use it for activation crews and product launch staff where the uniform needs to project an innovation-forward brand mood.
The faceted layout leaves a clear zone on the upper chest for your team mark, club crest, or company logo. Upload your wordmark, crest, or icon through the Customily app on the product page and we will place it in the open zone so it reads clearly against the faceted print without fighting the geometry.
Best Color Combinations
Prism facet prints work best with gradient color transitions inside the facets. Sport teams and competitive leagues typically pick their two primary team colors flowing across the facets for high-energy field visibility. Corporate tech event crews go with brand color gradients fading into deeper accent tones for activation work. Golf and country club tournament staff often choose classic clubhouse colors with subtle gradient transitions for a refined competitive look.

Why Sublimation Beats Screen Print and Embroidery for AOP Designs
Sublimation prints the design directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, which means the polo retains a soft hand-feel with no thick print layer to crack, peel, or fade. Screen printing struggles with full-coverage designs like the prism facet because each color requires a separate screen, which drives cost up and limits color count. Embroidery cannot produce a gradient or full-coverage print at all. Sublimation gives you unlimited color choices, full coverage, and a polo that looks as crisp on wash one hundred as it did on day one. This is why teams who care about uniform consistency choose sublimation for all over print polo shirts.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) and colors as long as the logo and placement stay the same. Need fewer than 20? Email support@forteraapparel.com and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production and shipping take?
21 business days end-to-end: up to 7 business days production (embroidery and quality check) and up to 14 business days shipping. We ship worldwide. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to pay extra for logo digitization?
No. Logo digitization is free for orders of 20 pieces or more. Send us your logo file (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF) after you order. You'll get a digital proof to approve before any stitching starts.
Can I see what my logo will look like before production?
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design, including samples. The reason is simple: cutting and sewing one polo takes nearly the same setup time as cutting twenty (most of the work is in pattern setup, fabric layout, and embroidery digitization, not the stitching itself). Instead of a physical sample, we send a free high-resolution digital mockup that shows your logo's exact thread colors, placement, scale, and stitch density on the polo. It's the same digital proof we use internally to approve every order. If your delivered polos don't match the mockup, we remake the order at no cost.
What if the order arrives wrong or the embroidery is off?
We'll redo the order at no cost to you. Custom embroidered pieces are normally non-returnable across the industry, but if the issue is on us (wrong logo, wrong size, embroidery defect), it's our problem to fix. You have 30 days from delivery to flag it and we'll remake it.
